should I set a certain date?

I just added up the checks that I have to deposit to the bank and I have more than enough to get Kaya and a Bitty, but should I wait and set a date to purchass them or what? I was thinking some time in April or May? But I have no clue. Maybe I should set a goal so they can be a reward almost like Kirsten (I partly got her b/c of making all A's last sem. for once in my life). Maybe I could get them for applying for a certain number of scholarships or getting homework done without procrastinating for set amount of days... or for talking more in classes or something? hmmm... so many choices... If it were me Id at least order them now since you have the $$$. Maybe just put the box away and wait for a certain date to open each doll.. But you dont want to dip into it , a litte here and a little there..I'd get them while we have the 10% off code... Just my thoughts, Im not good at saving. If I have the money I order right then so I dont find something else I could use it for [img]smile.gif[/img] JMO .. When I have enough money for a special treat like a doll, I get the doll and save it for my birthday or Christmas. It is so much fun. My mom wraps up the doll so that I never see it until the big day. It's like getting a really special gift, and I have to wait to open it, so that builds up the suspense.

Maybe there are special days you have coming up, and you could have someone else wrap up the dolls for you. (This only works if the person wrapping can recognize flaws on a doll, I guess, but I've never have a problem.)

That's a great idea! I could open one for St. Patrick's and one for Easter! I think I'll do that. I'll order them now; and I'll take a walk to the bank tomorrow.

I think you should buy them now and take a "very" quick peek to make sure nothing's wrong (or not, if you don't wait too long...AG will still take them back later).

Then wrap them up all pretty and open them for Easter. Or if you can't wait, how about St. Patrick's Day? [img]smile.gif[/img]
